Terms apply to all design services, both for blog and print. By submitting a design request and paying your deposit, it is assumed that you have read and agree to these terms.
P A Y M E N T
All payments for all design services are made through Paypal. A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required for all design services over $30. (Rush Order fees are also non-refundable and due up-front, if applicable.) The remaining balance will be invoiced once the initial preview is sent. Partial refunds may be available if the project is terminated by either the client or designer before the final design is installed or issued, depending on how much work has been done. Once a blog design is installed or a final project for print has been sent to the client, no refunds are available under any circumstances.
W A I T T I M E
Once a deposit is paid, an estimated wait time for the initial preview will be emailed to the client. This wait time is just that - an estimate; no wait times are guaranteed since Redbud Designs consists of only one designer. Rush Services are available and start at $50 to move up to a wait time of 7-10 business days. An additional $10 is added for each day earlier than 7 business days (for example, if needed in six days, the fee would be $60, five days, $70 and so on.) Redbud Designs will not agree to a rush order that is not feasible. Times will vary on how long it takes to produce a final design.
C O M M U N I C A T I O N
For the time being, all communication with the designer will be done through email only. Thank you for your understanding. Redbud does not have set "office hours", but most communication will occur weekdays between the hours of 9am and 4pm central. Redbud always tries to respond within two days to all emails. If the designer and client are in the middle of a project, correspondence will usually be made the same day. If Redbud has not heard back from a client in one month's time, the project is subject to be dropped without a refund. If Redbud has not heard back from a client regarding a Rush Order project in one week's time, the project will be pushed back to the bottom of the wait list and is subject to another Rush Order fee in order to continue as originally scheduled.

All Redbud Designs are protected under a Creative Commons Copyright License. When a blog design is installed, credit will be given to Redbud Designs, as well as any other contributors and placed in the sidebar or footer of the design. This credit must remain on the blog for as long as any element of the original Redbud Design remains. If a design intended for print is shared in any way electronically (for example, placed in a blog post or shared on Facebook), proper credit should be given to Redbud Designs.
B L O G D E S I G N
Currently, Redbud only designs for blogs hosted through Blogger. In order to install your design, your login information must be shared with Redbud Designs. This info is deleted after installation and is not shared in any way. Any revisions made to the design after installation will be subject to additional fees starting at $15 per revision/log in. Redbud Designs will offer assistance with issues dealing with the actual design and layout of the final blog design, but is not able to help clients with general blogging issues (i.e. how to post to Blogger, how to add elements to your sidebar, how to use labels, etc.) It is also the client's responsibility to set up and/or transfer domain names to a Blogger blogsite. Please see Blogger's Help page for assistance with these types of issues.

No printing services are available at this time. All final designs are emailed to the client in an appropriate file format. You may use this file to print and share the project however and wherever you'd like; however, proper credit should always be given to Redbud Designs. The reselling of any file provided to you by Redbud is strictly forbidden.
